3. Booking Confirmation
A booking becomes confirmed only after:
* Required information has been provided.
* Payment or deposit has been received.
* Written confirmation has been issued by Black Willow Experience.
4. Pricing
All prices are subject to availability and may change without prior notice until a booking has been confirmed.
Taxes, park fees, airline charges, and government levies may change and may affect the final booking price.
5. Payments
Payments may be made using approved payment methods offered by Black Willow Experience.
Failure to make payments by the agreed deadlines may result in cancellation of services.
6. Cancellations
Cancellation charges may apply depending on:

* Airline policies
* Park authorities
* Third-party suppliers
